Caslano, August 4, 2016 – The Bally Fall/Winter 2016 Campaign is a powerful interpretation of eccentric youth. Shot in London, the campaign captures the very essence of an artist’s studio vibe and the eccentric lifestyle in the 1970s.
Design Director Pablo Coppola has taken his modern vision to new frontiers. Shot by up-and-coming London-based photographer Jack Davison, the season’s campaign captures the vibe and eccentricity of an artist’s studio in the 1970s.
Eschewing the tradition of using an individual star to front the campaign, Coppola and Davison instead chose a gang of eight models, selected from across the generations, to bring the dynamic FW16 collection to life. The personalities of renowned Guinevere Van Seenus, 17 year-old Finnlay Davis and 15 year-old Dutch model Ina Maribo Jensen were each beautifully captured in intimate shots against eclectic, 70s-inspired backgrounds.
Styled by Jonathan Kaye and art directed by Durand, the shots are, Coppola says, “unified in their spirit, which exemplifies the current mood at Bally for the season and beyond”.
