Stockholm, July 26, 2016 – Two months ago, H&M announced its latest designer collaboration would be with KENZO. The vibrant and playful Parisian house is a personal favourite. Creative Directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon are bringing the youthful spirit of KENZO to H&M, creating collections for women and men as well as accessories.
H&M just revealed the first three looks from the KENZO x H&M collection, each bursting with the print, colour and individuality that define the collaboration. The look book images have been shot on a variety of artists, young creatives and activists, each an ambassador for KENZO x H&M. The collection will be available in over 250 selected H&M stores worldwide, as well as online, from November 3, 2016. By available, we mean there will be lines around the block and everything will sell out in minutes, so don’t go cancelling any classes or exams to camp out please. Your best bet will be paying three times the price on eBay.com, at which point, you might as well buy the real thing.
“We can’t wait to share the world of KENZO x H&M with everyone, with all of its creativity, fun and love of fashion,” says Ann-Sofie Johansson, Creative Advisor at H&M. “With this collaboration with H&M we want to think big, push the boundaries and bring the new energy of KENZO to everyone around the world,” says Carol Lim and Humberto Leon, Creative Directors at KENZO.
