London, October 10, 2012 - Adrien Sauvage collaborated with Dr. Martens to release four styles of reworked oxfords for men and women this Spring/Summer 2012. You see, the Canadian PR firm for Dr. Martens does not like us, so their response is to not pass on their clients’ releases. As a result we couldn’t tell you about the SS12 shoes made from patent and patina leather as well as the signature A. Sauvage woven kente silk.
Dr. Martens did get some information out to us and can tell you that A. Sauvage and Dr. Martens have worked together on more for Fall/Winter 2012. They’ve just released a promotional film called, The Student directed by A. Sauvage and starring actor Craig Roberts. The piece highlights the four models – Midnight Blue Patine, Praline Patina, British Woven Kente Silk and Patent Praline. Stay tuned for additional release details surrounding this collaborative Made in England collection.
